Chi Running combines the sport of running with the central movement principles of T’ai Chi to create a running form that shifts a great deal of the workload toward your core muscles, allowing you leg muscles to work less. This leads to increased efficiency and a significant reduction in injuries.

In brief…Chi Running and Chi Walking teach runners and walkers to move with more energy efficiency and fewer injuries.

Third Saturday of the month, 8:45am to 1pm.

$123 per person. All workshops limited to 10 participants.
