In brief…Chi Running teaches runners to move with more energy efficiency and fewer injuries.
It does this by combining the central movement principles of T’ai Chi with the sport of running to create a running form that shifts a great deal of the workload toward your core muscles, allowing your leg muscles to work less. This leads to increased efficiency and a significant reduction in injuries.

CHI RUNNING WORKSHOPS:
ALMADEN LAKE PARK (Almaden Expressway at Coleman Road, San Jose)
LEVEL I: First Saturday of the month, 8:45am to 1pm.
LEVEL II: First Saturday of the month, 2pm to 5pm.
SEACLIFF STATE BEACH
LEVEL I: Second Saturday of the month, 8:30am to 12:30pm.
LEVEL II: Second Saturday of the month, 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
LEVEL I: $123 per person. Workshops limited to 10 participants.
LEVEL II: $99 per person. Workshops limited to 8 participants.
